why are we so obsessed with comparing?

have you ever looked in the mirror and thought "huh, why isn't my bum as big as J-Los bum" or "why isn't my hair as big and nice as Kim Kardashians hair"...girlies admit it. we all do it at some point. 

however, if you honestly think its right comparing your self to these celebrities then you better think twice.


the amount of money these celebrities spend to look the way they do today is ridiculous. take a look at these pics.....

so as you can see the BIG difference with the before and after photos. just makes me realise people are so obsessed with the way these celebrities look yet they dont see how much money and dangerous operations they go through to look the way they do today. so next time you look in the mirror. do me a favour and say "daymmmmn am beautiful" :) cos if i had the money these celebrities do, believe me i would look just as good or even better. but we don't. so we just gotta learn to accept and loveee ourselves :) xxxxxxx

Birthday: We do not remember days; we remember moments

so just over a month i turned 20 years old. lt me just say, turning 20 was like sharing your favourite kebab sandwich with someone. or shoppin and not find anything ur size.... devastating :(


most people think 18 and 21 is the BIG deal. to be honest, to me, it was turning 20. i finally had to accept the fact that i have a childish brain stuck in an adult body :(. lol no longer a teenager!!!


i mean i might as well start knitting :( or driving my pink mobility scooter around. huh!. 


spent a month shopping around for dresses, shoes, bag for the big day. only to find out that there was nothin in the shops that i liked. so not only i was turning into a granny, i had no outfit for my birthday. great.


secretly am a granny at heart. so birthday, to me, means having quite dinners with ur friends or family. chilling in the park. shopping. maybe even sumthing adventurous.  so anything away from clubbing, raving, partying. 


but thought i'd share my dare with u guy and show you what i got up to. nothing to fun. but i defo enjoyed it myself lol.

a you may know now. am actually quite granny-ified. so i decided i wanted to go on a tour bus for my birthday to see places in london. for sum reason i get fascinated by historical places lol. so yeh..heres london :P

as you can probably tell, it wasn't the best birthday you've seen lol. not only i was celebrating getting old :(, didnt have any plans for my birthday until the actual day :( didnt have an outfit...i still had the biggest smile on my face. realising, when i look back at this, i won't think to myself, "OH thank God i was wearing sumthing nice wen i turned 20" or "Oh luckily my hair was good that day"...no, i will be looking at the moments and memories and the special times i shared it with the people i love. family and friends! <3. 
so if ur having any thoughts about ur birthday..do something stupid, or sumthing u'll remmba for life. go on a camping trip, holiday, family trip, chillin in a park with all ur friends, ice skating or bowling... . dnt just party or go clubbing and get wasted to a point were u dont even remember wat u did that night for ur birthday.


life's too short so live it well :D
